Brent Lamkin is also experienced in family law, wills/trusts, estate planning, probate and real estate. Mr. Lamkin earned his B.A. (Political Science) from the University of Michigan – Dearborn in 1991. He earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1997, where he volunteers his time as a guest judge with the moot court program.

Prior to joining Nichols & Eberth, P.C., Mr. Lamkin successfully represented individual and corporate clients in various stages of litigation including trials and appeals. Mr. Lamkin has conducted numerous trials in Michigan circuit courts and district courts, as well as in US Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Lamkin is admitted to practice in all state courts in Michigan as well as in federal court in the Eastern District of Michigan.
